I took the time to read every post, from the very beginning, and I think I may have a new infusion hobby. I'll definitely be making the mulled cider infusion this Christmas for all my friends. (I'll try a single bottle first, to make sure it lives up to expectations, but then it'll be time to buy a dozen bottles of vodka.)<BR/><BR/>I'm curious - have you ever tried just starting with a higher-end vodka and skipping the filtration step?
