I tend to be pretty heavy handed with the non-wine liquors. 1 oz. turns into "one eyeballed double" pretty quick.<BR/><BR/>2. This recipe can be doubled and tripled and hundripled. Just keep the proportions about right, and everyone's happy.<BR/><BR/>3. Limon means lemon, not lime. this has caused grief in the past.<BR/><BR/>4. I have surprised many a person who does not like a) wine b) alcohol c) fruity drinks by introducing them to real Spanish Sangria. But word of caution? Hits you SO much harder than you think it does, as one tends to drink it like juice. If you happen to make a couple pitchers (with the freehanded pouring technique) and serve them to exactly three people in a space of an hour, try to discourage them from swimming in the neighbour's pool. Spanish is best, but any good strong-flavoured one is best)<BR/><BR/>1 oz. vodka<BR/><BR/>1 oz. cointreau<BR/><BR/>1 oz. gin<BR/><BR/>1/4 cup orange fanta (NOT the Fanta we get here in North America... try something like Orangina, or a sparkling Italian-type orange drink)<BR/><BR/>1/4 cup limon fanta (Ditto to above comment, only sparkling lemonade works. The less sugary, the better.)<BR/><BR/>1 lemon sliced<BR/><BR/>1 orange sliced<BR/><BR/>3/4 pineapple juice<BR/><BR/>3/4 orange juice<BR/><BR/>3-4 tbsp. sugar<BR/><BR/>1 cup ice<BR/><BR/>Nothing too complicated, just mix everything up to the orange juice first. Before adding the ice, add the sugar to taste (keep going until it tastes AWESOME - it can definitely be up to 3-4 tbsp.) and then chill the baby. <BR/><BR/>Other fruits are optional, of course, but these are the originals.
